IDASA SISTEMAS S.L.U. is especially committed to the protection of personal data of Users of the website’s services. Through this Privacy Policy (or Data Protection Policy), IDASA SISTEMAS S.L.U. informs USERS of the websites: http://www.rosmiman.es/, about the uses to which the personal data collected on the Website are subject, so that they may decide, freely and voluntarily, whether they wish to provide the requested information.

IDASA SISTEMAS S.L.U. (hereinafter, IDASA) holds the status of Data Controller for the personal data provided by You.
Due to the nature of the products and services we provide, IDASA is strongly committed to protecting privacy and to the processing of personal data of our users and clients, making every necessary effort to comply with current regulations. For this reason, your personal information is treated securely and with the utmost care.

2. For what purpose do we collect your personal data?

The main purpose for which we collect your personal data is to facilitate and improve the service we offer you through this website.

Inquiry form: To manage and respond to requests for information, questions, and complaints, as well as to learn the opinions of users regarding the products and services offered by IDASA, based on the consent you provide when using the form.

3. For how long do we keep your personal data?

Your résumé will be kept for one year or until you withdraw your consent. Once that year has elapsed, you may exercise your right to restriction of processing to prevent your CV from being deleted from our database; otherwise, it will be deleted.

6. What are your data protection rights and how can you exercise them?

Finally, please be informed that IDASA will implement in its information system the technical and organizational measures legally required, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the stored data, thereby preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access; taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying probability and severity associated with each of the processing activities.
