Ankabut holds an Annual users’ meeting in November which brings together over 400 leading figures from over 50 UAE educational higher educational institutions, as well as K-12, government, and industry to present and discuss the technical and strategic aspects of the research and education community.
The Ankabut Annual Users’ Meeting is going to be held at Khalifa University- Abu Dhabi on 22nd November 2017. Ankabut is the United Arab Emirates’ Advanced National Research and Education Network that provides the opportunity for collaboration between UAE education, government and industry.

The Ankabut Users’ Meeting brings together leading figures from research, management, industry and government to present and discuss the technical and strategic aspects of research and education community. Ankabut averages over 122 institutions attending the meeting with an average attendance of over 400. 70% of the attendees come from education and 30% come from government, research and industry.
